Mario Epifanio Abdallah Mgulunde (* 1931 in Kalenga , Tanganyika , † March 14, 2006 ) was a Tanzanian clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Tabora .

Life

Mario Epifanio Abdallah Mgulunde received on 8 April 1962, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On October 23, 1969, Pope Paul VI appointed him . to the Bishop of Iringa . The Bishop of Mbeya , James Dominic Sangu , donated to him on 15 February 1970 in Iringa the episcopal ordination ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Songea , James Joseph Komba , and the Bishop of Morogoro , Adriani Mkoba .

From 1976 to 1982 Mario Epifanio Abdallah Mgulunde was chairman of the Tanzanian Bishops' Conference . On March 9, 1985, Pope John Paul II appointed him Archbishop of Tabora.
