Mario de Gasperín Gasperín (born January 18, 1935 in Córdoba ) is former bishop of Querétaro .
Life
Mario de Gasperín Gasperín was ordained a priest on October 30, 1960 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Tuxpan on June 3, 1983 . The Apostolic Delegate in Mexico , Girolamo Prigione , ordained him episcopal on August 4th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Sergio Obeso Rivera , Archbishop of Jalapa , and Ignacio Lehonor Arroyo , Old Bishop of Tuxpan.
On April 4, 1989, he was appointed Bishop of Querétaro. On April 20, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation request submitted for reasons of age.
