Markus Köhle (* 1975 in Nassereith , Austria ) is an Austrian author .

Life

Markus Köhle studied German and Romance languages in Innsbruck and Rome , taught German as a foreign language in Tunis , is the moderator and organizer of the Bakery Poetry Slam (formerly Bierstindl Poetry Slam ) in Innsbruck and was a project assistant at the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck. Markus Köhle is one half of the musical-literary duo Abendroth ( Jörg Zemmler represents the other half). As a poetry slam routineer, performance is an essential component in the performance context . In addition to the monthly poetry slam in Innsbruck, he was together with Doris Mitterbacher alias Mieze Medusa and Nadja Bucher part of the Viennese reading stage Dogma Chronik Arschtritt as well as an employee of the international literary festival Sprachsalz in Hall and curated the event series Slammer.Dichter.Weiter. in the Alte Schmiede in Vienna, where whoever continues to moderate events as a freelancer. Markus Köhle is part of the reading stage Sinn & Seife , columnist of the Innsbruck street newspaper 20er ( letters from Vienna ) and since 2010 co-editor of the literary magazine DUM . In autumn 2017 he was StaTTschreiber in Wels.
