Markus Nagy

Markus Nagy (* 1963 ) is a German chef .

Career

After training as a chef Nagy was 1983 Hotel Berlin in Berlin , 1984 Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg and 1985 for Hotel Intercontinental in Hamburg. In 1987 he moved to the gourmet restaurant in the Hotel Bareiss in Baiersbronn as sous chef .

As head chef he went to the Schwarzer Hahn restaurant in the Hotel Deidesheimer Hof in Deidesheim in 1988 and to the Hotel Villa Hammerschmiede in Pfinztal in 1993 .

In 2005 he made in the restaurant and hotel "Zum Löwen" in Eggenstein independently where the kitchen with a star in many years the Michelin guide is excellent.
