Villa Marsopstrasse 18 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstraße 18 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1907. The villa on the corner of Offenbachstrasse, which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The one- and two-story ball satteldachbau in forms of historicising Nouveau has projecting gable, flat and round oriel to the major sides and the rear high Zwerchhaus .

The windows of the house, which was built according to plans by Bernhard Borst , have been changed later. The enclosure of the property dates back to 1907.
