House Marsopstrasse 8 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstrasse 8 / 8a in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1907. The semi-detached house, which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey mansard hipped roof building with a corner risalit and a curved dwarf house was built in the historicizing style by Ulrich Merk for August Exter .

House 8a was heavily changed in 1973 through renovations.
