Villa Marsopstrasse 30 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building at Marsopstrasse 30 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1923. The villa in the corner of Schubaustraße is a protected monument .

The two-storey hipped roof building with plastered facade and central semicircular staircase risalit , attic storey and veranda was built by Feye Peins. The rooms are grouped on three sides around the stairwell.
