Marsopstrasse 16 (Munich)
The building Marsopstrasse 16 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1898. The villa , which was part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The two-storey saddle roof building in Baroque style with a gabled central risalit with a floor bay , rich stucco decoration and plaster structure, was built by the August Exter office in 1898 and subsequently expanded. The rear building, designed as a studio, is a ground floor hipped roof building by Georg Buchner from 1931.
The enclosure with pillars and bars was created by Karl Kergl in 1918.
