Triple house Marsopstrasse 6a / 6b / 6c in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstrasse 6a / 6b / 6c in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was constructed between 1907 and 1909. The triple house in a corner, which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey cripple walmdachbau with cross gables, plaster facade with dormer , half-timbered , corner buttress , extensions and wood loggia , was in the home style of Ulrich shopping for August Exter constructed. Each unit of the triple house is characterized by a special motif.
