Marsopstrasse 12 (Munich)
The building Marsopstrasse 12 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1897. The villa , which was part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The gable, two-storey saddle roof building in a country house style with wooden balconies with columns and fretwork was built by August Exter . It corresponds to a type from the office's catalog of houses and was used in many different ways (see also: Marsopstrasse 14 and Marsopstrasse 22 ).
The house was later extended at the rear. The garage, a one-story timber-framed building with a hip roof , was built in 1937.
