Marsopstrasse 22 (Munich)
The building at Marsopstrasse 22 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1898. The villa , which was part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The two-storey saddle roof building with corner bay , wooden balcony, wood-paneled gable and wooden loggia was built in the local style by the office of August Exter and Otto Numberger . It corresponds to a type from the office's catalog of houses and was used in many different ways (see also: Marsopstrasse 12 and Marsopstrasse 14 ).
