Villa Marsopstrasse 8b in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstraße 8b in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1907. The corner villa , which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey gable roof building with adhesive roof , plastered facade with extension and stucco decor was built in the Reformed Art Nouveau style by Ulrich Merk for August Exter .

The building, which was renovated in 1975 and changed slightly, faces the street with a symmetrical steep gable front . There is a terrace on the garden side.
