House Marsopstrasse 28 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstraße 28 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910. The semi-detached house in the corner of Schubaurstraße, which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-story cripple hipped roof building with plastered facade and flat polygonal bay was built by Bernhard Borst in the Heimat style. The rooms are grouped on three sides around the staircase.
