The building Marsopstraße 26 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910. The semi-detached house, which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with plastered facade, dwarf house and central polygonal extension was built by Edmund Lotterschmid , the architect and client. By removing the shutters and installing single pane windows, the external appearance of the house was impaired.
