Martin Damianitsch

Martin Damianitsch (born December 26, 1807 in Falkenstein , Lower Austria , † January 29, 1899 in Vienna ) was an Austrian military lawyer .

Life

Martin Damianitsch attended high school in Nikolsburg and then studied law in Vienna . From 1832 he was employed in the military as an auditor intern, in 1840 he was appointed captain - Auditor , 1852 Major finally -Auditor and 1857 Colonel appointed -Auditor. In recognition of his achievements, he was awarded the gold medal for art and science.

Martin Damianitsch's studies of military criminal law were groundbreaking in this area.
