Martin Eisl (born November 14, 1982 in Salzburg ) is a former Austrian soccer goalkeeper .
Career
Eisl began his career in Thalgau with the youth teams of the local USV and came to the SV Austria Salzburg amateurs as number 1 via the Federal Youth Center (BNZ) Salzburg. In 2004 he came to the Austrian Bundesliga club SV Wüstenrot Salzburg , where he was the third goalkeeper in the squad. In 2005 Eisl became the third goalkeeper in the fighting team of the new FC Red Bull Salzburg . He was also number one among the Red Bull Salzburg amateurs. On July 11, 2007, the Kapfenberger SV announced the commitment of Eisl as number 1. He made his debut in the second-rate Red Zac First League on July 31, 2007 in the game Kapfenberger SV against FC Lustenau , in which he played 90 minutes. The game ended with a 2-1 win for Kapfenberg. Eisl won the championship title with the club in the then Red-Zac First League, the 2nd division of Austrian football. In the Austrian Bundesliga , he made his debut almost a year after his first appearance in the First League, on July 27, 2008, in the game Kapfenberger SV against Eisl's former club, FC Red Bull Salzburg, where he played through. The game ended in a 1-1 draw. Eisl established himself as number 1 in the Bundesliga, the highest Austrian division. After a total of three years with Obersteirern, he returned to Salzburg at the beginning of the 2010/11 season and moved as the new number 1 to the promoted team from the Regionalliga SV Grödig . In 2011 Eisl turned his back on professional football due to the desire to change his career, but remained on amateur football. In the summer of 2011 he moved as number 1 to his home club SV Austria Salzburg in the Regionalliga West. In 2012 Eisl moved to FC Liefering within the Regionalliga West . During the winter break of 2012/2013, the Salzburg resident left FC Liefering and moved to the Styrian regional league for SV Wildon. After half a season in Wildon, he moved to the Styrian Oberliga Nord for SVA Kindberg and ended his career in amateur football in 2014.
Furthermore, Martin Eisl made acquaintance and made international matches in the Austrian U-16 and U-17 national teams .
