Martin Maria Schwarz (* 1963 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German radio presenter , speaker and author .

education

Schwarz grew up in Kelkheim im Taunus. He attended the Bischof Neumann School in Königstein im Taunus . After graduating from high school, he initially trained as a hotel clerk. He then studied German , Romance studies and art history in Mainz , Marburg and Bordeaux .

Professional background

After completing his studies, Martin Maria Schwarz began a journalistic career, initially as a freelancer for small radio stations. He completed his speaker training at the German hearing library for the blind in Marburg in the early 1990s. During this time, Schwarz u. a. also with a cabaret ensemble and gave recitation evenings. This became a stepping stone for him to radio, where he has been working as an author, editor, speaker and presenter in the culture department of Hessischer Rundfunk since 1997. In the current information program, he is responsible for the subject of "Wine and Enjoyment". He describes himself as a "gourmet analyst".

He writes as a freelance writer a. a. for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung and published essays in Cotta's Culinary Almanac 2005 and 2006.
