Massacre Musical is De La Ghetto's debut album. It was released on October 3, 2008 on the Interscope Records label . The album contains 17 tracks and five guest contributions by Juelz Santana and Teddy Riley,among others. DJ Blass is the exclusive producer. In addition, fourteen other producers were involved in the album.
Emergence
After two albums with Arcángel and various mix tapes, Massacre Musical is De La Ghetto's first solo album. Production began in 2006, but after several songs appeared on the Internet, many songs were released on mixtapes, including No Mercy and Pa'Tras . In 2007 the recordings started again. Several US musicians can be heard on the LP, such as Juelz Santana in the song Lover and Teddy Riley in Serial Lover , De La Ghetto got support from the reggaeton world from Randy , who is a member of the duo Jowell y Randy , and Guelo Star in the song Asi It . The album was mainly produced by DJ Blass and Alex Kyza. In the song Es Dificil , which contains house elements, David Guetta works with and on the piece Momento Que Te Vi the producer Timbaland .
Music genre
De La Ghetto himself says of his album that it is an album for Latino , but with the style of the US scene. The long player mostly contains reggaeton songs, but there are also R&B songs like Serial Lover and Shake That Thing as well as a balade ( Solo Y Vacio ) and a Bachata song with Amor En La Jipeta .

Singles
Four singles from the album were released. The first single was Es Dificil , the house track produced by DJ Blass and David Guetta . Es Difcil was shot in New York City and released on November 18, 2007, the house song reaching number 43 on Hot Latin Tracks. Tu Te Imaginas , the R&B track, was produced by Alex Kyza. Tu Te Imaginas was shot in Santo Domingo . The R&B song released on March 7, 2008 peaked at # 32 on Hot Latin Tracks. The dancehall song Come Out & See with Mavado was filmed in Kingston , Jamaica. Come Out & See was released on April 23, 2008 and peaked at number 56 on Hot Latin Tracks. The song Lover , in which Juelz Santana is involved, was shot in Los Angeles . On August 29, 2008, Lover was released and reached number 14 on Hot Latin Tracks.
