Mathias Riedel (* 1966 in Marburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Mathias Riedel attended the municipal grammar school in Bad Laasphe, Siegen-Wittgenstein district, and graduated from high school there in 1984 . He then did his community service in the care of the disabled in Frankfurt am Main and also worked as a model , which he still does today. In 1986 he went to the Academy of Performing Arts in Saarbrücken , where he graduated in 1990. He was then taken over by the Saarbrücken State Theater. He also performed guest contracts in Frankfurt am Main, Dessau and Schwerin . In 1993 he moved to the state theater in Hanover for four years . Most recently Mathias Riedel was permanently engaged at the Stadttheater in Hildesheim .

Mathias Riedel is also known from various television productions. Not least because of his entry into the daily soap " Unter uns " on RTL and his role as Ulrich Weigel , he was also present to a wider audience. He also became known as the five-year-old advertising medium for the NKL .

In 2005 STARTER was founded and co-directed, the Berlin drama school for film and television. At the same time, Mathias Riedel acquired a diploma in business psychology at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and trained as a systemic coach . Since then he has also been working as a freelance coach and management consultant in business . He now trains himself and is a DCV- certified senior and teaching coach .

In 2012 Mathias Riedel founded PFADFINDER, Institute for Creative Coaching Berlin / Hamburg , which he also heads. In 2013 Mathias Riedel integrated the PFADFINDER, coaching academy into the Institute for Creative Coaching. The PFADFINDER, coaching academy offers DCV certified trainings for coaching in the field of creative coaching , business coaching and young professionals.

In 2013 the PFADFINDER Institute became RIEDEL BERATUNG with a focus on executive coaching, leadership supervision and organizational development. At the same time, the coaching training area grew and the Institute for Coaching and Mindfulness (ICA) was created, with Mathias Riedel as managing director. The ICA offers mindfulness-based, systemic coaching training and further education and is DCV certified. In addition, regular MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) courses are held at the ICA. a. offered for executives and managers.
