Matthias Wittmann

Matthias Wittmann (born August 17, 1984 in Landshut ) is a German ice hockey player . Since 2010 he has played for the EC Pfaffenhofen in the Bavarian ice hockey league in the position of the striker .

Career

Matthias Wittmann began his professional career in the 2001/02 season at his home club, the Landshut Cannibals , for which he played from 2001 to 2005, first in the top division and later in the second division. In the 2005/06 season he moved to league rivals Moskitos Essen . He started the following season at SC Bietigheim-Bissingen , but switched to EV Landsberg during the season , for which he also went on the ice in the 2007/08 season . After the Landsberger's descent into the league, he returned to the Cannibals for the 2008/09 season .

After the 2009/10 season he ended his active professional career for the time being to concentrate on his studies in Munich. He has been active for EC Pfaffenhofen since the 2010/2011 season , where, in addition to his university career, he is also active in the top amateur league.
