Max Buhlmann

Max Bühlmann (born January 9, 1956 in Rickenbach LU ) is a Swiss artist .

In 1972 Bühlmann attended a preliminary course at the Lucerne School of Design , where he then studied with Anton Egloff from 1979 to 1986 . From 1982 to 1986 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Bruno Gironcoli . He has lived in Zurich since 1986 .

He is a painter , sculptor and graphic artist and created object art and wood sculptures . He had solo exhibitions in Switzerland and Austria and participated in exhibitions in Belgium , Bosnia , Germany , Japan , the Netherlands , Russia , Switzerland and Slovakia .

Awards

  • 1999: Anni and Heinrich Sussmann Prize
  • 2000: Theodor Körner Prize
