Max Eipp (* 1955 in Heppenheim ) is a German actor , director , journalist and author.

Life

Max Eipp writes scripts and plays. In addition to his theater solo pieces ( Ein Tisch ist ein Tisch , 2002, Andersen's Snow Queen , 2005, and Huck Finn , 2007), with which he is on tour across Germany, he also appears in public readings for publishers and literary houses. Several audio books were spoken by him. He writes reviews (literature, theater, film) for various German newspapers and magazines. Several of his theater texts have been published by publishers.

In 2004/2005 he wrote the screenplay for the television film Wut , which director Züli Aladağ filmed with actors Corinna Harfouch as "Christa Laub" and Oktay Özdemir as "Can".

In 2017 he filmed the jointly developed script Alles Isy as co-director of Mark Monheim . In 2019 Alles Isy was awarded the Bavarian Television Prize (Best Director) and nominated for the Grimme Prize .

Max Eipp has two grown children with the Hamburg actress Gilla Cremer . He lives in Berlin and Hamburg.
