Max Lange (born May 14, 1905 in Weißensee , Niederbarnim district , † March 1, 1952 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Max Lange attended elementary school and did an apprenticeship as a printer . In 1922 he joined the SPD and later became a district councilor. He initially worked as a journalist , from 1938 onwards he worked as a book expert and assistant in tax matters.

After the Second World War , Lange was an independent tax advisor . Since Wilhelm Reimann was elected district mayor of the Weissensee district, Lange moved up to join the city ​​council of Greater Berlin in March 1947 . Through the "law on representation of those who were prevented from voting in the House of Representatives of March 27, 1951" he was able to move up to the House of Representatives in Berlin in April 1951 , but he died the following year.
