Maxime Bouet (born November 3, 1986 in Belley ) is a French track and road cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2004 Maxime Bouet became French junior champion in the single pursuit . From 2007 he drove - initially as a stagiaire - for the Agritubel team and from then on mainly competed in races on the road. In his first year there, he won the prologue at the Tour de Normandie . In 2009 he won the overall ranking of the Volta ao Alentejo and the Boucles de l'Aulne . In 2010 he won a stage of the Tour de l'Ain and in 2013 a stage of the Giro del Trentino .

Up to and including 2018, Bouet had made 13 major country tours . His best placement was 20th place at the Vuelta a España 2012 .
