Megan Gallagher (born February 6, 1960 in Reading , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

Gallagher comes from a large family. She moved to New York City after high school , where she graduated from Juilliard School . She appeared in the Broadway play A Few Good Men ; for this role she won the Theater World Award and the Outer Critics Circle Award .

In the film drama Time of Probation (1995), Gallagher played one of the bigger roles as well as in the independent action thriller Crosscut - Pursued by the Mafia (1996), in which she appeared alongside Costa's Mandylor . In addition to Bruce Boxleitner as US President, she played the leading female role as a doctor in the epidemic thriller Ebola - Attack on the President (2002). In the television thriller Dangerous Neighbors (2005) she played the role of a woman whose best friend turns out to be a murderer.

Gallagher is married to actor Jeff Yagher and has two children.
