My heart is a song by the Swiss singer Beatrice Egli and the first single from her studio album Glücksgefühle . The piece was written and produced by Dieter Bohlen . Egli sang Mein Herz and two other songs, And tomorrow morning I'll kiss you awake and I love life , in the finale of the tenth season of Germany is looking for the superstar she won.

With the song, Beatrice Egli appeared on Let's Dance and in the ZDF TV garden, among others . The video for the song was shot in Barcelona on the Costa Brava and premiered on May 17, 2013.

My heart reached the top position in the single charts in Germany , where it was in the top 10 for one week and three weeks and in the charts for 24 weeks. In 2013, Mein Herz was ranked 45th in the German single annual charts, 54th in Austria and 35th in Switzerland. In the Conservative Pop annual charts, Mein Herz took third place behind Einsamer Stern ( Matthias Reim ) and Fehlerfrei ( Helene Fischer ).

With Mein Herz, Bohlen reached the top of the German single charts for the 20th time, thereby expanding his record as the author with the most number one successes. In Austria this was the 13th time he reached the top of the chart as an author, and in Switzerland for the twelfth time.
