Meredith Rainey Valmon ( Meredith Lee Rainey Valmon, née Rainey; born October 15, 1968 in Brooklyn ) is a former American middle -distance runner who specialized in the 800-meter distance .

In 1991 she was sixth at the World Indoor Championships in Seville and was eliminated from the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in the preliminary stages.
