The Mesvrin is a river in France that runs in the Saône-et-Loire department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region . It rises on the eastern edge of the Morvan massif, west of Couches , generally drains west to northwest and flows into the Arroux after 36 kilometers at Étang-sur-Arroux as a left tributary .
