Broye is a French municipality with 762 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Saône-et-Loire in the Région Bourgogne Franche-Comté . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Autun and the canton of Autun-2 (until 2015: canton of Mesvres ).

Broye is about seven miles south of Autun city center . Broye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Autun in the north and northeast, Marmagne in the east and southeast, Saint-Symphorien-de-Marmagne in the south and Mesvres in the west and southwest.
