Chissey-en-Morvan is a French municipality with 275 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Autun and the canton of Autun-1 (until 2015 Lucenay-l'Évêque ). The inhabitants are called Chisséens .

Chissey-en-Morvan is about 15 kilometers north-northwest of Autun . Chissey-en-Morvan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moux-en-Morvan in the north and north-west, Blanot in the north, Villiers-en-Morvan in the north-east, Savilly in the east, Lucenay-l'Évêque in the south and south-east, Cussy-en- Morvan to the south and west and Ménessaire to the west.
