The Communauté de communes du Grand Autunois Morvan is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It was founded on December 8, 2016 and comprises 55 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Autun .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

• Communauté de communes du Grand Autunois Morvan (before 2017) and
• Communauté de communes de Beuvray-Val d'Arroux

with access to other communities from the dissolved Communauté de communes des Monts et des Vignes . Despite having the same name as the previous organization, it is a start-up with a different legal personality.
