Cussy-en-Morvan is a French municipality with 388 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Burgundy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Autun and the canton of Autun-1 (until 2015 canton of Lucenay-l'Évêque ).

Cussy-en-Morvan is located about 18 kilometers northwest of Autun in the Morvan massif. Cussy-en-Morvan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ménessaire in the north, Chissey-en-Morvan in the east and northeast, Lucenay-l'Évêque in the east and southeast, Sommant in the south and southeast, La Petite-Verrière in the south, Anost in the west and Gien-sur-Cure in the northwest.
