Torcy is located on the Bourbince River and the Étang Leduc lake . Torcy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Creusot in the north, Le Breuil in the northeast, Écuisses in the east, Montchanin in the southwest, Saint-Eusèbe in the south, Les Bizots in the west and southwest and Montcenis in the west and northwest.
