The Communauté de communes Le Grand Charolais is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the departments of Saone-et-Loire and Allier of the regions Bourgogne Franche-Comté and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It was founded on December 16, 2016 and comprises 44 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Paray-le-Monial . A special feature is the cross-departmental and cross-regional structure of the member communities.

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

under access by the municipality of Le Rousset-Marizy .
