Michael Brückner (publicist)

Michael Brückner (born July 14, 1958 in Mainz ) is a German journalist , publicist and communications consultant.

life and career

According to his own statements, after a two-year traineeship at the Mainzer Allgemeine Zeitung , Brückner initially worked for eight years (1980–1988) as a daily newspaper editor, then moved to Stuttgart as editor-in-chief for the political and economic monthly magazine Europa . He held this position from 1988 to 1994. He then took over the editorial management of the Monumente magazine , published by the German Foundation for Monument Protection (1994–1995). On April 1st, 1995 Michael Brückner started his own business as an author, communications consultant and ghostwriter. Together with the Stuttgart journalist Andrea Przyklenk , he founded the online magazine www.luxus-momente.de in 2008 .

Brückner works today in Ingelheim ( Rheinhessen ) and Lindau (Lake Constance) . Since 1986 he has published almost 50 non-fiction books in German-language publishers, in recent years mainly with Kopp Verlag . Michael Brückner also works as a speechwriter and specializes in the financial services sector.
