Michael Clancy

Michael Clancy ( 1949 - February 25, 2010 ) was Governor and Commander-in-Chief of St. Helena and the areas of Ascension and Tristan da Cunha between 2004 and 2007 . He was married to Claire Clancy , who has been Executive Officer of the National Assembly of Wales since 2007 .
