Michael Proehl (born November 4, 1975 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German screenwriter .

Life

Michael Proehl completed his studies at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy in Ludwigsburg between 2000 and 2005, graduating from the scriptwriting department with the feature- length script The Way of the Meat . The graduation film he wrote by director Florian Schwarz, Cat in the Sack , was awarded the prizes for the best screenplay and the best film music at the Max Ophüls Prize 2005 film festival .
