Michael Stuckmann (born September 1, 1979 in Bochum ) is a former German soccer player and now works in the field of sports management.

career

In his youth, Stuckmann played for DJK Rot-Weiß Markania Bochum and VfL Bochum .

In 1998 Stuckmann moved from the A-youth of VfL Bochum to SG Wattenscheid 09 , where he made four appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga in his first season .

Stuckmann took part in the 12th FIFA Junior World Cup (officially: 10th FIFA World Youth Championship ), which took place from April 3 to 24, 1999 in Nigeria.

In 2004 he moved to Wuppertaler SV Borussia and qualified for the 3rd league with the WSV in 2008 . To the . In July 2009 he moved to the Swiss Challenge League at FC Vaduz, where he was captain.

For the 2010/11 season Michael Stuckmann moved to the Regionalliga West for Borussia Mönchengladbach's U23 , where he signed a two-year contract until 2012. In the spring of 2012, he ended his active career and took over the coaching position of the relegation-threatened national division FC 96 Recklinghausen until the end of the season .

In addition to playing football, the trained industrial clerk obtained his coaching license (A license holder) as well as further training as a sports specialist and is now the owner of the player consultancy TPWE GmbH based in Unna.

Michael Stuckmann is married and has one daughter.
