Michael Swierczek
Michael Swierczek (born October 3, 1961 in Hanover ) is a German neo-Nazi . He was the founder or leading member of numerous banned right-wing extremist organizations .
Life
Swierczek began his political career with the Young National Democrats . There he was elected to the federal executive board as a public relations officer. He is still a member of the NPD today .
Swierczek was involved in the establishment of organizations that were later banned due to their extremist objectives, or belonged to them in leading positions. He was the "Comradeship Leader" of the Comradeship 16 ( Munich ) of the Action Front National Socialists / National Activists (ANS / NA). In 1989 he was Vice Secretary-General of the FAP . He also took over the chairmanship of the FAP regional association of Bavaria . In 1990 he was co-founder and federal chairman of the National Offensive (NO). After they were banned, Swierczek published the legal fight (subtitle initially information on the status of complaints against party bans , later The Voice of Legal Resistance ).
Furthermore he was one of the ideological and strategic minds of the so-called "Free Nationalists" (FN). He headed the "Free Nationalists South Germany". He published the newspaper Deutscher Beobachter - newspaper of the national offensive , which appeared from 1991 to 1992.
On March 7, 1995 he was sentenced by the Stuttgart regional court to a 15-month suspended prison sentence for continuing the prohibited ANS / NA. Next to Swierczek, who was represented by Günther Herzogenrath-Amelung , sat Christian Malcoci , Jürgen Mosler , who was represented by the lawyer Jürgen Rieger , Willi W. and Stefan J. in the dock.
According to an article in the anti-fascist information sheet from 2001, Swierczek was at that time a key player in the neo-Nazi Free Comradeships in southern Germany.
