Jens Mecklenburg
Jens Mecklenburg (born 1960 in Hamburg ) is a German author with a focus on right-wing extremism and "eating and drinking".
Life
Mecklenburg was editor of the "Antifa Edition" at Elefanten Press (now Espresso), where he published the handbook of German right-wing extremism , among other things . In 1998 he published the book "Roter Holocaust" (Red Holocaust) together with Wolfgang Wippermann at Konkret Literatur Verlag Hamburg . , a critique of the Black Book of Communism , which subjects the term “ totalitarianism ” to an in-depth critique in several contributions . In 1999, the autobiography of RAF member Margrit Schiller , which he edited, received media attention.
Mecklenburg lives in Schleswig-Holstein . As a gastronomy critic , he does culinary field research in northern Germany. From 2006 to 2009 he wrote a weekly culinary column in the Kieler Nachrichten .
