The Midouze is a river in France that runs in the Landes department , in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It is created by merging its two source rivers, the Midou and Douze, in the urban area of Mont-de-Marsan . The Midouze generally drains in a south-westerly direction and flows into the Adour as a right tributary after around 43 kilometers above Pontonx-sur-l'Adour .
