Mikkel Dahl-Jessen (born December 20, 1994 ) is a Danish middle and long distance runner .

Athletic career

Mikkel Dahl-Jessen gained his first international experience at the 2017 World Cross Country Championships in Kampala , where he finished 102nd after 33:14 minutes. He then took part in the 1500-meter run at the Summer Universiade in Taipei , but retired there with 3: 51.20 minutes in the first round. In 2019, he finished 104th at the World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus after 36:06 minutes and then reached eighth place at the Student World Games in Naples in 3: 55.61 minutes.

In 2019 Dahl-Jessen became Danish champion in the 5000 meter run and in 2020 indoor champion over 3000 meters.
