A Miner's Rock concert is referred to as a " shift ", based on the earlier mining industry on Rammelsberg .

history

The concert series is organized by Christian Burgart, Arkadiusz Szczesniak, Giovanni Graziano and Sören Behme, who founded Miner's Rock UG for this purpose in 2014 . The four friends had already organized concerts for the old town festival in Goslar. John Callies has also been a partner in the company since autumn 2018.

The concerts take place in the building of the former locksmith's shop, which offers space for 700 people.
