Mirko Puzović (Serbian: Мирко Пузовић; born April 24, 1956 in Kragujevac , Yugoslavia ) is a former Yugoslavian amateur boxer at light welterweight (60 to 63.5 kg). He became Vice European Champion in 1981 and 1983, won the silver medal at the Mediterranean Games in 1983, bronze medals at the World Championships in 1982 and 1986, the silver medal at the World Cup in 1987 and the bronze medal at the 1984 Olympic Games.

He trained at the boxing club Radnički Kragujevac and was Yugoslav junior flyweight champion in 1973 and Yugoslav junior champion in featherweight in 1974 .

In 1978 he was Yugoslav runner-up and u. a. 1981, 1982 and 1987 Yugoslav light welterweight champions .
