Mirko Reinke (born May 21, 1980 in Dortmund ) is a German ice hockey player who was last active in the 2010/11 season for league club Lippe-Hockey-Hamm . After coach Andreas Pokorny left , Reinke took over the post of head coach until the end of the season.

Career

At the beginning of his career, Mirko Reinke played for the Iserlohner EC for a total of two years . After a rather difficult first season, in which the youngster only made eleven appearances, the trained striker played for the second representative of the IEC in his second season. There he got 17 points scorer in twelve games. Further stations were the EC Timmendorfer Strand and the Duisburg Füchse .

In 2003 Reinke then signed a contract with ETC Crimmitschau in the 2nd Bundesliga . Here he became a crowd favorite and was also one of the top performers in the team. In the five years he spent in Crimmitschau, Reinke scored 138 points. After the 2007/2008 season he left his long-term employer and started working for EHC Dortmund in his hometown. With the Elks of the Center rose to the end of the 2008/09 season in the league on. In summer 2009 he left the club and joined the fourth division club Lippe-Hockey-Hamm . In the 2010/11 season, the player took a break in Hamm and has been with the gang as an interim coach since head coach Andreas Pokorny left the club.
