The Mission sui juris of the Cayman Islands ( Latin : Mission Sui Iuris Insularum Caimanensium ) is a Roman Catholic mission sui juris based in George Town on the Cayman Islands , a British overseas territory in the Caribbean .

The mission sui juris was separated on July 14, 2000 from the Archdiocese of Kingston in Jamaica , to which it is still subject as a suffragan. In November 2000, the Archdiocese of Detroit assumed pastoral responsibility for the Roman Catholic Church in the Cayman Islands.
