Monoberuf

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A single occupation ( ancient Greek μόνος mónos "alone, only") is a training occupation without specializations in subjects or areas of focus . The specialization takes place only after the training. These are recognized training occupations in accordance with the German Vocational Training Act (BBiG) and the Crafts Code (HwO). The training usually takes place in the dual system in the training company and in the vocational school and usually lasts 2 to 3 years. It ends with a final examination before the responsible chamber of industry and commerce or a journeyman's examination before the responsible chamber of trade .
