A deadly virus is spreading in a North American city. The scientist Dr. Jennifer Allen Musetta Vander is researching an antidote with the help of genetically modified mosquitoes. She needs a human test person for an experiment. Imprisoned serial killer Ray Erikson Matt Jordan is promised mitigation if he makes himself available. However, he escapes before the actual experiment. As it escapes, it causes an explosion, through which it comes into massive contact with the substance with which the mosquitoes were manipulated. But the researcher also gets a small amount of it. More and more he mutates into a mosquito-like creature who goes in search of victims to quench his thirst for blood.
