Mount Roland is a 2210 m high mountain in the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . In the Queen Maud Mountains, it rises north of Mount Mooney on the northern flank of the Robison Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after Lieutenant Charles J. Roland, aircraft navigator of the VX-6 squadron Operation Deep Freeze in 1966 and 1967.
