Movares (formerly Holland Railconsult ) is a consultancy and engineering company in the Netherlands that focuses on infrastructure , mobility, and energy and water . The employees of the engineering office own 70 percent of the company shares.
studioSK is the architecture and design department of Movares, which is put together as a team of several architects. a. was responsible for the architecture of the Nijmegen Lent and Westervoort stations .
history
In 1990 the in-house engineering office of the Nederlandse Spoorwegen was specialized . After five years, the engineering department was outsourced in 1995 and founded as an independent subsidiary under the name Holland Railconsult . In 2001 the Nederlandse Spoorwegen sold the company, which resulted in a management buy-out . In the following years, Holland Railconsult developed strongly and expanded its range of activities. Therefore, the name was changed to Movares on May 1st, 2006 .

- IJmeer Bridge : Construction of a bridge over the IJmeer between Almere and Amsterdam
- Helmond station: development of the station square
- Railway line Zwolle – Almelo : electrification of the line section Zwolle – Wierden
